The Drinky-Poo Of The Month

Welcome to the Creative Drinky-poo of the Month, a column that focuses on unique flavor combinations and innovations. This column will bring you a new, fascinating drink every month. As this year continues, be sure to stay tuned to each month's edition. 

This October, we present to you Bilton’s Bev, a handcrafted refreshment made by Leo Eiswert ‘26 and Chase Vaughn. We encourage you to test out this creation for yourself! 

Ingredients:

  • Iced Tea

  • Cool Blue Gatorade

  • Lemon Juice

  • Ginger ale

  • Lemon Zest

  • Orange Peel

  • Honey

  • Monkfruit Sweetener

Instructions to make Bilton’s Bev:

  • Fill a cup with ice

  • Fill the cup halfway with Iced Tea

  • Add a splash of Cool Blue Gatorade and Ginger Ale

  • Squeeze a Lemon into the mix

  • Take the lemon and zest into the cup 

  • Add an orange peel and a small drop of Honey

  • Add a small teaspoon of Monkfruit 

  • Mix and enjoy!
